Hello there!

I'm surprised AI thread is still empty! Happy to start with the first thread :)

As a side project, I'm working on an AI Agent to do rules Automation Rules (similar to what other tools such as searchads.com does), so, for example when certain keyword has good performance (good CPIs, CTR, or any metric you want to optimise for) but it has low impression share, increase bid by certain %, or decrease bids for bad performing keywords.

Claude definitely can do it (getting blocked at times due to overcrawling, but it can work xD), but has the risks of sharing some data you might not want to share in an open source.

Anyone working or have any leads in something like this?
 
interesting! But you'd be competing with for example the free solution of Acquire (Splitmetrics) which is a really nice one that I always recommend to small partners I work with (i dont get paid for saying this i swear). So I'd start checking what other big players do so you can see how good your tool has to be for getting traction.

atm, I dont have small leads but I'll keep this in mind!
 
Yeah, there are some good free solutions (searchads.com is also free if you spend less than 10k monthly),. Not trying to compete against any of the tools, just thinking of creating open-source tools like this that anybody can copy paste into their own internal agents (to avoid sharing data with the "free" tools)
 
Hey! the idea is cool and I'm sure people would still show interest in that. However you'd be sharing with Claude as you said right? I see more or less same risk
 
do the free tiers or searchadscom & splitmetrics include the "AI"? (which isn't AI, it's machine learning, "if this then that", but OK fine)

Another option is Catchbase by Phiture, but that's for larger accounts
