Endless review process with Apple

hey, i have a friend who is having a really endless review process with apple.

They started to complain about the app not having a popup about AI consent. He built the consent popup but still had the same response from Apple

Anyone having the same?? he's been struggling with Apple for almost one month with different issues, they even rejected the app due to some screenshots that were NOT live haha

The privacy policy should be very clear about that. What you can do is update the privacy policy and then reply to Apple, pinpointing exactly where the information about the user’s data usage is described. You also need to be careful with “App Privacy” section. Also add the third party AI service’s privacy policy link to your own privacy policy. I would say the most likely issue is just app's privacy policy here, If not, then the app reviewer probably had a very rough day and is taking their anger out on your friend😆Screenshot 2026-03-03 at 22.51.05.png
